We offer worldwide shipping to bring our items straight to your doorstep. See our standard shipping process:

• Processing Time: As each item is printed on order, we require 3-7 business days to process. Please bear with us as we work our magic!
• Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, it's time to be shipped! The shipping time may vary depending on your location, but we estimate it to be around 7-14 business days. Please note that international orders may take a little longer to arrive, but trust us, it'll be worth the wait!

Items are produced and printed upon purchase. This ensures a more intentional purchasing experience and helps to reduce waste otherwise caused by overproduction. We have multiple production partners to ensure the best product for you. Because of this, you may receive items at different times depending on where they are shipped from.

Returns

Oh no, did something go wrong with your order? We have a 14-day return policy for defective or incorrect items. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Inspect: As soon as your package arrives, give it a good sniff (just kidding, we know you can't do that). But seriously, inspect your item upon receipt. If you notice any issues, contact us right away. We're here to help!
2. Contact: If you need to return an item, shoot us an email at info@studiodog.store. We'll guide you through the process and provide you with all the necessary information.
3. Return Shipping: Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping. We'll let you know where to send the item once you've contacted us. Just make sure to pack it securely, like a cute burrito!
4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. If all is well, we'll automatically refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days and you haven't received your refund, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
