We offer North American shipping to bring our items straight to your doorstep. See our standard shipping process:

• Processing Time: As we are a tiny team, we require 1-3 business days to process your order. Please bear with us as we pack with care!
• Shipping Time: Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we estimate it to be around 7-14 business days. Please note that US orders may take a little longer to arrive, but trust us, it'll be worth the wait!

Duty charges may apply for all US and international orders.

Returns

Oh no, did something go wrong with your order? We have a 14-day return policy for defective or incorrect items. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Inspect: As soon as your package arrives, give it a once over. If you notice any issues, contact us right away. We're here to help! We have a satisfaction guaranteed policy - were human, mistakes can happen! But your happiness is why we're in biz. :)
2. Contact: If you need to return an item, shoot us an email at info@studiodog.store. We'll guide you through the process and provide you with all the necessary information. 
3. Return Shipping: Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping. We'll let you know where to send the item once you've contacted us. 
4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. If everything looks good, we'll automatically refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days and you haven't received your refund, get in contact straight away!
